Framlingham Mural at 221B
Test your Framlingham knowledge, or simply get a taste for the place. The fun, funky, bright, beautiful and definitely eye-catching Framlingham mural on Bridge Street shows almost every aspect of the heritage market town and its time-honoured and more modern famous-folk connections. It is the work of local artist Verity Watkins, and the brainchild of Gary Seaman, who is the owner of the wall and the artisan bakery and bistro ‘221B’ behind it.
Who (and what) can you spot amidst its colourful characters? Who does the guitar belong to and what’s with the magpies and their gold coins? Even the lady cyclist’s shopping has intriguing significance…
