The Station

An invitingly traditional pub with a fine local reputation for its creative and local food, relaxed eat-al fresco wood-fired pizza kitchen and locally brewed beers. Often still referred to as The Station Hotel, it has been run as a pub since the 1950s (no rooms to let), but the building’s origins date back to the 19th century when it was a part of the local railway system. Look out for its foodie events and beer festivals. Taylor Swift was once spotted here in the company of Ed Sheeran.
